Возможности и ограничения использования мобильных приложений в комплексной терапии первого психотического эпизода

Аннотация

Актуальность интеграции мобильных приложений в психосоциальной терапии первого психотического эпизода обусловлена их высоким потенциалом для персонализации лечения, повышения приверженности, контроля симптомов в режиме реального времени и преодоления стигматизации.
Цель исследования: проведение комплексного анализа данных о возможностях и ограничениях цифровых технологий, оценка их клинической эффективности и барьеров внедрения. Методология основана на систематическом подходе в изучении научных публикаций (2013–2025 гг.), отобранных из баз PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, PsycINFO и Cochrane Library. Результаты подтверждают данные о том, что цифровые технологии существенно увеличивают доступность и качество медицинской помощи, способствуя психосоциальной реабилитации и интеграции пациентов в общество. Мобильные приложения представляют собой дополнение, а не замену комплексной терапии, а их успех зависит от преодоления «цифрового редукционизма» – учета клинических, этических и технологических нюансов. Дальнейшие исследования должны фокусироваться на адаптивных алгоритмах, долгосрочных исследованиях и междисциплинарном сотрудничестве, чтобы реализовать потенциал цифровых решений в преобразовании помощи при первом психотическом эпизоде.
