Гликемия под контролем: роль микро- и фитонутриентов

Аннотация

Сахарный диабет 2 типа (СД2) представляет собой глобальную эпидемию, обусловленную избыточным несбалансированным питанием и низкой физической активностью. Снижение массы тела на 5% и более улучшает чувствительность к инсулину, нормализует гликемию и снижает риск осложнений. Вместе с тем у пациентов с СД часто выявляется дефицит витаминов (С, группы В) и минералов (магния, цинка, хрома), что может усугублять метаболические нарушения и повышать риск развития осложнений. Коррекция дефицита микронутриентов, применение пищевых волокон (инулин) и растительных экстрактов (джимнема) способствуют улучшению углеводного и липидного обмена. Оптимальная стратегия диетотерапии включает сбалансированную диету, физическую активность и персонализированную нутритивную поддержку с включением витаминно-минерального комплекса и фитонутриентов.
