Пробиотики и микробиота полости рта: проблемы и перспективы

Аннотация

Микробиом полости рта представляет собой сложную экосистему, которая играет ключевую роль в поддержании здоровья полости рта и всего организма. Дисбиоз способствует возникновению таких распространенных заболеваний, как кариес, заболевания пародонта, галитоз, и может изменять течение и патогенез ряда системных заболеваний. Пробиотики стали перспективной терапевтической и профилактической стратегией, оказывая свое действие через различные механизмы. Клинические исследования и метаанализы свидетельствуют о потенциальной пользе ряда пробиотических штаммов, однако эффективность применения пробиотиков зависит от конкретного штамма, дозировки, длительности применения и других факторов.
