Недифференцированная дисплазия соединительной ткани и кожа: что делать? Позиция диетолога

Аннотация

Недифференцированная дисплазия соединительной ткани (НДСТ) является частым скрытым диагнозом наприеме у косметолога и дерматолога, который может влиять на прогноз, выбор процедуры и тактику ведения пациента. Будучи генетически обусловленным нарушением формирования соединительной ткани и проявляющееся полиморфными изменениями со стороны кожи, суставов, сосудов и внутренних органов, НДСТ не имеет четких диагностических критериев, что затрудняет своевременную диагностику. Особую проблему представляют преждевременное старение, которое у пациентов с НДСТ опережает биологический возраст в среднем на 8 лет, и нарушение полноценной репарации тканей на фоне НДСТ. Эти изменения обусловлены нарушением синтеза коллагена, эластина и гликозаминогликанов. Поскольку НДСТ является генетической патологией, ее невозможно полностью устранить, однако комплексный подход, включающий диетотерапию и коррекцию микронутриентных дефицитов, позволяет замедлить прогрессирование диспластических изменений и улучшить репаративные процессы после аппаратных и инъекционных косметологических процедур. В данном обзоре рассмотрены ключевые нутриенты, влияющие на метаболизм соединительной ткани, а также современные данные об эффективности диетотерапии и БАД при НДСТ.
