Осложнения после липосакции: современное состояние проблемы (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Разнообразие методик коррекции формы тела, имеющих в основе липосакцию и применяемых в настоящее время в пластической хирургии, во многом обусловлено стремлением достичь возможно большего косметического эффекта и, при этом, минимизировать возможные негативные последствия инвазивного вмешательства. Выбор конкретного метода зависит от целого ряда факторов, среди которых можно выделить согласованный с пациентом план лечения, индивидуальные особенности организма оперируемого, наличие или отсутствие медицинских противопоказаний к применению тех или иных методик, квалификационные особенности персонала, уровень материального оснащения операционного блока. Липосакция – это аспирация жира из подкожной клетчатки. Она может применяться для эстетической липопластики или сочетаться с хирургией по коррекции контуров тела. Статья носит обзорный характер и содержит современные данные о медицинских эффектах липосакции, методиках VASER (Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance) и PAL (Power Assisted Liposuction), возможных осложнениях после липосакции.
