Нутритивная недостаточность в онкогериатрии

Аннотация

Благодаря достижениям в клинической онкологии возрастает доля пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста, подвергающихся специальному противоопухолевому лечению. На практике онкологи оценивают возраст пациента лишь в фокусе коморбидного фона, в то время как надлежит широко применять специализированный гериатрический осмотр, привлекая для его реализации и интерпретации команду специалистов. Для оценки нутритивного статуса предложено использовать скрининговую шкалу Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA). Основная задача нутритивной поддержки в онкогериатрии, которая должна носить анаболическую направленность, это обеспечение организма высококачественным белком из расчета 1,2-2,0 г/кг в сутки. Важно, чтобы адекватная нутритивная поддержка в сочетании с физическими упражнениями стала неотъемлемой частью комплексной поддерживающей терапии для пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста в онкологии.
