Аффективные расстройства у больных болезнью Паркинсона на фоне хронической стимуляции субталамического ядра (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Нейростимуляция субталамического ядра (НС STN) является эффективным методом симптоматической терапии болезни Паркинсона (БП) на развернутых стадиях заболевания, позволяющим уменьшить выраженность двигательных симптомов и улучшить качество жизни пациентов. Данные обзора литературы о частоте и выраженности различных аффективных нарушений у больных БП на фоне НС STN крайне противоречивы. В литературе описаны как улучшения, так и ухудшения, а также возникновение впервые этих расстройств в виде депрессии, тревоги, апатии, суицида после операции. В данном обзоре литературы рассмотрены различные влияния НС STN на аффективные расстройства у больных БП, а также патогенез этих нарушений и подходы к их коррекции. Необходимо проведение дальнейших исследований на большой группе пациентов БП с длительным катамнестическим наблюдением, желательно в сравнении с контрольной группой наблюдения, получающей только адекватную фармакотерапию.
