Кавафильтр «Корона». Аспекты клинического применения у онкологических больных. Особенности конструкции и техники выполнения

Для профилактики тромбоэмболии легочных артерий более чем тысяче онкологических больных был имплантирован отечественный кавафильтр модели «Корона». Лишь у одного больного (0,09 %) возникло осложнение - перфорация стенки НПВ и клинически значимое выхождение лучиков кавафильтра за пределы венозной стенки, потребовавшее переимплантации устройства в другой отдел нижней полой вены. После установки ловушки для эмболов в НПВ тромбоэмболия легочных артерий произошла у пяти больных (0,5 %). Обсуждаются технические особенности имплантируемого устройства «Корона», а также сравниваются данные эффективности с другими моделями кавафильтров по доступной нам литературе. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о безопасности и эффективности отечественной модели кавафильтра.
