Аннотация
Дерматозы вульвы – это воспалительные состояния, проявляющиеся множеством симптомов, доставляющих женщине сильный дискомфорт и значительно снижающие качество жизни. Основными симптомами являются диспареуния, дизурия, зуд, сухость кожных покровов и слизистых в области вульвы. Клиническая картина может быть ограничена только вульвой либо связана с экстрагенитальной локализацией. Сложно переоценить важность дифференциальной диагностики дерматозов вульвы, так как большинство из них клинически являются очень похожими друг на друга. От постановки правильного диагноза зависит не только излечение от конкретного заболевания, но и предотвращение развития онкологии, ведь некоторые нозологии могут малигнизироваться. Например, красный плоский лишай и склероатрофический лихен могут превращаться в плоскоклеточную карциному. Наиболее распространенным методом терапии являются топические глюкокортикостероиды, но в последние несколько лет появились более эффективные и сложные, в т.ч. комбинированные методики терапии дерматозов вульвы, такие как CO 2-лазер, Er: Yag, Prp, биоревитализация и др.
