Клинические проявления, диагностика и лечение персистирующей идиопатической лицевой боли

Аннотация
Персистирующая идиопатическая лицевая боль (ПИЛБ) часто расценивается как недиагностируемое состояние с плохим прогнозом. Объемные исследования по этой теме ограничены, а эффективных методов лечения мало. Даже при установленном диагнозе ПИЛБ, ввиду плохой осведомленности об этиологии и патогенезе развития заболевания, пациенты борются с принятием «всеобъемлющего» расстройства в поисках причин, приведших к заболеванию, и часто проходят ненужные анализы и процедуры в поисках альтернативных диагнозов.
