Заболевание пародонта – местная антисептическая терапия: проблема эффективности. Обзор литературы

Аннотация

Целью данной обзорной статьи является анализ актуальных данных относительно применения антисептических средств в терапии пародонтита, развития резистентности пародонтопатогенов к антисептическим агентам на примере хлоргексидина, цетилпиридиния хлорида и гексетидина. Пародонтопатогены являются неотъемлемой частью комменсальной микрофлоры полости рта, но в определенных условиях и под влиянием этиологических факторов их количество начинает прогрессивно расти, что повышает риск инициации заболеваний пародонта посредством возникновения агрессивной биопленки на зубах.

Материалы и методы. Было произведено изучение публикаций в электронных базах данных PubMed и Google Scholar в ходе систематического обзора литературы. Включены статьи, содержание которых касается данных по антисептическим агентам, а именно – хлоргексидину, цетилпиридиния хлориду и гексетидину, а также их влияния на пародонтопатогены и возможности развития у них резистентности относительно данных антисептиков.

Результаты. В ходе обзора было рассмотрено 127 статей. После анализа литературы по критериям включения итоговое количество составило 94 публикации.

Выводы. Исходя из проанализированных данных, мы пришли к выводу, что антисептическая обработка полости рта и зон поражения при пародонтите является неотъемлемой частью терапии данного воспалительного заболевания как дополнение к протоколу механической обработки. Особую активность в отношении пародонтопатогенов показал хлоргексидин в местных формах доставки.
