Гормональная активность скелетной мускулатуры и неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени

Аннотация

В настоящее время опубликовано большое количество исследований, дополняющих наши знания по саркопении и ее влиянию на развитие метаболических нарушений, в том числе на формирование неалкогольной жировой болезни печени (НАЖБП). Эти данные позволяют по-новому посмотреть на фармакологические и нефармакологические подходы к терапии НЖБП, основываясь на базовых физиологических процессах, в том числе на биологической оси «мышцы – печень». Это дает убедительное обоснование для изучения скелетных мышц в качестве основной терапевтической мишени при НАЖБП и метаболическом синдроме.
