Результаты применения витаминно-минеральных комплексов во время беременности (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Целью настоящего обзора стало изучение влияния приема витаминно-минеральных комплексов (ВМК) беременными женщинами на акушерские и перинатальные исходы. Для проведения анализа был осуществлен поиск зарубежных и отечественных публикаций в международной системе цитирования PubMed, опубликованных за последние 15 лет. Результаты анализа показали, что применение ВМК в течение 3 месяцев до зачатия и во время беременности снижает риски внутриутробных аномалий и улучшает прогноз постнатального развития потомства. Кроме того, прием ВМК в период гестации снижает частоту железодефицитной анемии беременных, внутрипеченочного холестаза беременных, преэклампсии, макросомии, низкой массы тела новорожденного, преждевременных родов и послеродовых кровотечений. Использование многокомпонентных ВМК имеет преимущества перед приемом только фолиевой кислоты и железа. Заключение. Прием ВМК в период беременности может значимо уменьшить риск неблагоприятных акушерских и перинатальных исходов. Применение комплексных препаратов особенно важно на этапе преконцепции и ранних сроках беременности, но его желательно продолжать до окончания беременности и лактации.
