Витамин D улучшает профиль риска метаболического синдрома у женщин в постменопаузе

Аннотация

В двойном слепом плацебо-контролируемом исследовании проведена оценка влияния витамина D (ВD) на профиль рисков метаболического синдрома (МС) у женщин в постменопаузе. 160 женщин в возрасте 50–65 лет были рандомизированы в две группы: ВD, принимающую витамин D3 1 000 МЕ в день (n = 80), и плацебо (n = 80). Время вмешательства составило 9 месяцев, оценка проводилась до начала приема препарата и в конце приема. Были собраны клинические и антропометрические данные. Измеряли биохимические показатели, в том числе общий холестерин, липопротеины высокой и низкой плотности, триглицериды, глюкозу и инсулин. Плазменную концентрацию 25-гидроксивитамина D (25(OH)D) измеряли методом высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии. Результаты. Через 9 месяцев было отмечено значительное повышение уровня 25(OH)D в группе ВD (+45,4%; p < 0,001) и снижение (–18,5%; p = 0,049) в группе плацебо. В группе ВD наблюдалось значительное снижение уровня триглицеридов (–12,2%; р = 0,001), инсулина (–13,7%; р = 0,008) и инсулинорезистентности (–17,9%; р = 0,007). В группе плацебо наблюдалось повышение уровня глюкозы (+6,2%; р = 0,009). Анализ риска с поправкой на возраст, время после менопаузы и индекс массы тела показал, что женщины, получавшие ВD, имели более низкий риск развития МС (отношение шансов [OR] = 0,42; 95 %-ный доверительный интервал [ДИ]: 0,21–0,83), гипертриглицеридемии (OR = 0,43; 95% ДИ: 0,22–0,85) и гипергликемии (OR = 0,23; 95% ДИ: 0,10–0,52) по сравнению с группой плацебо (р < 0,050). Выводы. У женщин в постменопаузе с дефицитом ВD прием 1000 МЕ витамина D3 в течение 9 месяцев ассоциировалась со снижением профиля риска развития МС. У женщин, получавших добавки ВD, был более низкий риск развития МС, гипертриглицеридемии и гипергликемии.
