Генетическая предрасположенность и устойчивость к некоторым инфекционным заболеваниям. II. Инфекции, передаваемые половым путем

Аннотация

В обзоре рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с генетической предрасположенностью и устойчивостью к инфекциям, передаваемым половым путем (ИППП). Генетические факторы в значительной мере определяют восприимчивость организма к различным заболеваниям, в том числе инфекционным. Основное влияние уделяется генам главного комплекса гистосовместимости и toll-подобных рецепторов. Рассмотрены некоторые ИППП и генетические полиморфизмы, ответственные за устойчивость и предрасположенность к инфекциям и связанным с ними клиническим последствиям. Знание молекулярно-генетических биомаркеров необходимо для выделения групп риска, проведения предиктивных мероприятий, в частности вакцинации.
