Difficulties in differential diagnosis of intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnant women

Abstract

The article discusses the differential diagnosis of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnant women and liver diseases that complicate the course of pregnancy. As an illustration of the diagnostic difficulties, ones own clinical observations of liver dysfunction during pregnancy are presented.
