

Стресс и метаболизм: роль отдельных микронутриентов в коррекции нарушений

Аннотация
В последнее десятилетие наблюдается стремительный рост заболеваемости как стресс-индуцированных психических нарушений, так и метаболических заболеваний (ожирение, сахарный диабет и др.). В основе этих нарушений могут лежать общие патогенетические механизмы, включающие активацию гипоталамо-гипофизарно-надпочечниковой оси, изменение клеточного гомеостаза и энергетического метаболизма. Питание может оказывать как положительное, так и негативное влияние на адаптационные резервы организма и обмен веществ. Наша статья посвящена описанию роли редко используемых для оптимизации рациона питания микронутриентов, таких как тирозин, магний, трехвалентный хром и витаминоподобные вещества в регуляции метаболизма и устойчивости к стрессу.
