Психологические и сомнологические особенности студентов, страдающих ночными кошмарами

Аннотация

Цель. Оценить влияние кошмарных сновидений на различные аспекты жизни студентов-медиков.

Материалы и методы. Был проведен социологический опрос среди студентов I–VI курсов пяти медицинских университетов с использованием онлайн-формы, в которую входили Питтсбургский индекс качества сна, Гамбургская анкета кошмарных сновидений, шкала инсомнии, госпитальная шкала тревоги и депрессии, шкала тревоги и депрессии Бека. Академическая успеваемость оценивалась по среднему баллу зачетной книжки студента согласно 5-балльной системе.

Результаты и выводы. Была выявлена высокая распространенность как бессонницы, так и ночных кошмаров среди студентов медицинских университетов. Высокая частота ночных кошмаров была связана с высоким уровнем тревоги и депрессии. Частота ночных кошмаров была ассоциирована с ухудшением качества сна, частотой и степенью его нарушений. Более высокая частота ночных кошмаров соотносится с более низким качеством академической успеваемости.
