Опыт применения ацитретина при генитальной форме склероатрофического лихена с поражением уретры у мужчины

Аннотация
Поражение половых органов при склероатрофическом лихене нередко сопровождается вовлечением в процесс уретры, что грозит серьезными осложнениями и в первую очередь развитием стриктуры. Терапия таких случает представляется затруднительной и малоэффективной в случае применения топических кортикостероидов. В статье описывается положительный опыт применения ацитретина в дозе 25 мг в сутки для лечения склероатрофического лихена, протекающего с поражением наружного отверстия и переднего отрезка уретры.
