Термосемиотика кистей рук. Нейропатические нарушения в термотопографии кистей

Аннотация

Центральная и периферическая неврологическая патология, влияющая на термопаттерн и термореакции кистей рук, многообразна как по этиологии и патогенезу, так и по характеру и выраженности тепловизионных признаков в зависимости от локализации, тяжести и давности заболевания, индивидуальных адаптационно‑компенсаторных особенностей и ряда иных причин. Изучаемые с помощью тепловидения варианты температурного распределения на поверхности кистей и его изменений под действием специализированных функциональных проб при травмах и заболеваниях периферических нервов верхней конечности, а также при нарушениях сегментарного и надсегментарного генеза являются предметом рассмотрения настоящей статьи.
