Современный подход к диагностике митральной недостаточности базируется на применении всех режимов трансторакальной эхокардиографии, а также, при необходимости, на использовании трехмерной эхокардиографии. В статье отражены возможности магнитно-резонансной томографии в оценке степени тяжести митральной регургитации. Таким образом, диагностика митральной недостаточности при использовании комплексного подхода позволяет на более высоком уровне прогнозировать и оптимизировать тактику последующей коррекции патологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article deals with issues related to different approaches in the diagnosis of mitral valve insufficiency of various etiologies.A modern approach to the diagnosis of mitral valve insufficiency is based on the use of all modes of transthoracic echocardiography, and, if necessary, on the use of three-dimensional echocardiography. The article reflects the capabilities of magnetic resonance imaging in assessing the severity of mitral regurgitation.
