Врачу необходимо проводить различные стоматологические вмешательства на нижней челюсти с пониманием соотношения верхушек корней зубов нижней челюсти с нижнечелюстным каналом. Измерение этих показателей с помощью конусно-лучевой компьютерной томографии (КЛКТ) позволяет составить план вмешательства и минимизировать развитие осложнений. Нами проанализированы данные КЛКТ пациентов в трех возрастных группах: молодой, средней и пожилой. Третий моляр нижней челюсти имеет минимальные показатели близости к нижнечелюстному каналу, что необходимо учитывать при составлении плана стоматологического вмешательства.

For performing various dental procedures on the posterior mandible, the clinician should pay attention to the relationship between the root apices of mandibular teeth and the mandibular canal. Using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scanning in measuring this distance allows preparing an accurate treatment plan and minimizing the development of complications. In our study, we analyzed CBCT images of patients in three age groups: young, middle and elderly. The mandibular third molar had the minimal proximity to the mandibular canal, and this should be considered when preparing a treatment plan for dental intervention.
