В статье представлены клинические случаи, в которых проведение суточной рН-импедансометрии способствовало подтверждению или опровержению диагноза ГЭРБ, а также оптимизации проводимого лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article describes the possibility of diagnosis of GERD, indications for use of daily esophageal pH-metry and pH-impedancemetry, difficulties in interpreting the data from these studies.
