Одним из немаловажных оснований применения краткосрочных методов лечения является сокращение материальных и временных затрат без снижения эффективности психотерапевтического воздействия, что позволяет, используя персонализированный подход, уменьшить длительность лечения невротических расстройств, обеспечить более быстрое восстановление трудоспособности пациентов. В статье рассматривается вопрос о применении краткосрочного варианта аналитико-катартической терапии при лечении тревожных невротических расстройств. В ходе данного исследования и анализа полученных данных были выделены предикторы успешности и неуспешности аналитико-катартической терапии на основании выраженности динамики позитивных клинических изменений. Представлены результаты исследования клинических и индивидуально-психологических характеристик пациентов с тревожными расстройствами в процессе психотерапии. Выявлены позитивные изменения в выраженности невротической симптоматики, степени напряженности психологических защит, расширении спектра конструктивных копинг-механизмов, позитивных сдвигах самооценки и улучшении качества межличностных отношений. Выделены предикторы успешности применения рассматриваемой модели психотерапии без снижения эффективности психотерапевтического воздействия.

The article considers the issue of the use of a short-term variant of analytical and catarrical therapy in the treatment of alarming neurotic disorders. During this study and analysis of the obtained data, predictors of success and the unsuccessfulness of analytical and catarrhastrapy were isolated on the basis of the severity of positive ducquer changes. The results of the study of clinical and individual-psychological characteristics of patients with anxious disorders in the process of psychotherapy are presented. The positive changes in the severs of neurotic symptoms, in the degree of tension of psychological protection, expansion of the spectrum of constructive copying mechanisms, positive strokes of self-esteem and improving the quality of interpersonal relations are revealed. Predictors of the success of the use of the psychotherapy model, are not highlighted, without reducing the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic effects.
