Довольно часто недержание мочи возникает в послеродовом периоде, что крайне отрицательно влияет на качество жизни. Медикаментозная терапия имеет ограничения у кормящих матерей. Помимо медикаментозной и хирургической коррекции этого заболевания существует еще метод тренировки мышц тазового дна с помощью биологической обратной связи. Материалы и методы. В исследование были включены 42 пациентки с нарушениями мочеиспускания в послеродовом периоде, которым проводилась терапия биологической обратной связью в сочетании с электростимуляцией мышц тазового дна. Пациенткам, закончившим лактацию при выявлении гиперактивности детрузора, назначался солифенацин 5-10 мг. Результаты. Улучшение состояния отметили 39 (92,9%) пациенток. Отмечено увеличение среднего максимального внутриуретрального давления (Pura с 54,6 ± 4,2 до 72,3 ± 7,6. Кашлевая проба - отрицательная. Анализ визуальных аналоговых шкал продемонстрировал улучшение с 42,44 ± 7,39 до 81,7 ± 8,29 мм (на 49 %>). Выводы. Эффективность терапии с применением метода биологической обратной связи в сочетании с электростимуляцией мышц тазового дна и медикаментозной терапией составила 83,3 %.

The incontinence often occurs in the postpartum period, negatively affecting women′s quality of life. In addition to medical and surgical correction of this disease, there is a method of training the muscles of the pelvic floor with the help of biofeedback. Materials and methods. The study included 42 patients with micturition disorders in the puerperium, who were treated with biofeedback in combination with electrostimulation of the pelvic floor muscles, and 5 mg of solifenacin in OAB. Results. 39 (92.9 %) patients noted health improvement. The average maximum intraurethral pressure (Pura increased from 54.6 ± 4.2 to 72.3 ± 7.6. The cough test was negative. Analysis of visual analogue scales showed an improvement from 42.44 ± 7.39 to 81.7 ± 8.29 mm (an improvement of 49 %). Conclusions. The effectiveness of the biofeedback method in combination with electrostimulation of the pelvic floor muscles and medicine therapy was 83.3 %.
