Трендом современного здравоохранения является развитие стационарзамещающих технологий, в том числе программы домашнего энтерального питания. Прогрессивно увеличивается как количество пациентов, в том числе онкологического профиля, уже вовлеченных в данную программу, так и в ней нуждающихся. Реализацией данной программы должна заниматься мультидисциплинарная команда специалистов, решающая весь комплекс медикосоциальных проблем, связанных с питанием пациента вне стационара. Для Российской Федерации актуально создание единой программы домашнего энтерального питания для взрослых пациентов и детей.

The trend of modern healthcare is developing of home care strategy, including home enteral nutrition. The number of patients including oncological patients who have already be involved in this program and who need, it is progressively increasing. The multidisciplinary team, including a physician, a nutrition nurse and others should decide all medical and social issues in the feeding context after discharge. The urgent issue for Russian Federation is creation of unified program for home enteral nutrition for adult and pediatric patients.
