В статье обсуждаются показания и основные принципы профилактической терапии мигрени. Показано, что выбор средства для медикаментозной профилактики основан на знании результатов РКИ, а также особенностей действия назначаемых препаратов, возможных побочных эффектах и возможностях их преодоления и наличии тех или иных комобидных мигрени заболеваний. Приоритет имеет профилактическая монотерапия, направленная на урежение дней с головной болью и лечение коморбидного расстройства.

The article reviews indications and basic principles of migraine preventive treatment. Preventative drug selection should be based on the evidence from randomized clinical trials, the drug's mode of action and potential adverse events, as well as migraine comorbidities. Monotherapy is preferable and should be aimed at reducing headache frequency and treatment of comorbid conditions.
