Обзор. Гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь (ГЭРБ) является одной из наиболее распространенных проблем желудочно-кишечного тракта во всем мире. ГЭРБ часто встречается в ассоциации с хроническими респираторными заболеваниями, хотя причинно-следственные связи не всегда ясны. Диагностика и лечение ГЭРБ-ассоциированных состояний являются сложной задачей. В представленном обзоре рассматриваются актуальные проблемы и данные последних исследований в этой области.

Review. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is one of the most common gastrointestinal problems worldwide. GERD is frequently associated with respiratory diseases chronic without a causal link can be claimed. The diagnosis and management of this condition is challenging. We review the current dilemma in this area and discuss the latest studies.
