В статье рассмотрена потенциальная роль резистентности фактора Va к активированному протеину С при гетерозиготном носительстве мутации FVL(1961) GA для прогнозирования риска венозных тромбоэмболических осложнений и инициации гепаринопрофилактики у беременных и небеременных женщин.

The potential role of factor Va resistance to activated protein C in the heterozygous carriage of the FVL (1961) GA mutation is discussed for predicting the risk of venous thromboembolic complications and initiation of heparin prophylaxis in pregnant and non-pregnant women.
