Индивидуальный подбор гипотензивной терапии возможен с учетом гендерных особенностей пациентов. В статье рассматривается применение тройной фиксированной комбинации антигипертензивных препаратов амлодипина/индапамида/периндоприла в индивидуально подобранной дозировке у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией высокого и очень высокого риска. Приведен анализ эффективности используемой фиксированной комбинации в зависимости от пола пациентов.

Individual choice of antihypertensive therapy depends on gender characteristics of patients. The article discusses the use of triple fixed combination of antihypertensive drugs amlodipine/ indapamide/perindopril in individually selected doses in hypertensive patients of high and very high risk. The effectiveness of the fixed combination, depending on the gender of the patients, was analyzed.
