Традиционные методы интраоперационного контроля имеют ограничения, в связи с чем актуальным является внедрение современных технологий визуализации, таких как интраоперационное ультразвуковое исследование (ИОУЗИ).</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: изучить возможности интраоперационного УЗИ при доброкачественных и злокачественных глиомах с применением современных методик</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В проспективное исследование включено 58 пациентов, оперированных в период с января 2023 по сентябрь 2024 гг. Всем пациентам после удаления основного объема опухоли проводилось повторное ИОУЗИ в В-режиме и с контрастным усилением для выявления остаточной опухолевой ткани.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Повторное интраоперационное УЗИ-сканирование позволило идентифицировать остаточные опухолевые очаги минимальным размером до 4 мм у 7 (12,07 %) из 58 пациентов, что привело к возобновлению резекции и достижению тотальной или субтотальной циторедукции в 100 % случаев. Метод обеспечил визуализацию границ опухоли, дифференциацию от перифокального отека и критических анатомических структур, а также позволил контролировать развитие интраоперационных осложнений.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Интраоперационное ультразвуковое исследование является высокоинформативным, экономичным и безопасным методом, который повышает радикальность нейрохирургических вмешательств за счет точного интраоперационного контроля и может быть рекомендован к широкому внедрению в клиническую практику.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>One of the key tasks in brain tumor neurosurgery is achieving maximum radical resection, which directly impacts patient prognosis. Traditional methods of intraoperative control have limitations, making the implementation of modern imaging technologies, such as intraoperative ultrasound (IOUS), highly relevant.</p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To study the capabilities of intraoperative ultrasound in benign and malignant gliomas using modern techniques.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A prospective study included 58 patients operated on between January 2023 and September 2024. All patients underwent repeat IOUS in B-mode and with contrast enhancement after the main tumor volume was removed to detect residual tumor tissue.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Repeat intraoperative ultrasound scanning allowed identification of residual tumor foci with a minimal size of up to 4 mm in 7 (12.07 %) of 58 patients, leading to renewed resection and achievement of total or subtotal cytoreduction in 100 % of cases. The method provided visualization of tumor boundaries, differentiation from perifocal edema and critical anatomical structures, and also enabled monitoring for the development of intraoperative complications.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
