Создание этих оптимальных условий часто осложняется анатомическими особенностями строения корневых каналов, их облитерацией, предшествующим некачественным лечением. Применение современных никель-титановых эндодонтических инструментов совместно с новыми усовершенствованными эндомоторами позволяет произвести лечение корневых каналов качественнее, быстрее, без большого риска осложнений, сохраняя анатомическую форму канала.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Providing optimal root canal irrigation and subsequent sealing of the size and shape is a necessary component at the stage of endodontic treatment of teeth. The creation of these optimal conditions is often complicated anatomical features of the structure of root canals, obliteration of, prior poor treatment.
