Синдром раздраженного кишечника (СРК) – наиболее часто встречаемое функциональное заболевание желудочно-кишечного тракта. Согласно Римским критериям IV, СРК представляет собой заболевание, при котором основным клиническим проявлением является абдоминальная боль, связанная с дефекацией, изменением формы и частоты стула. Дебют заболевания, как правило, острый и на фоне стрессовых событий, а в дальнейшем выраженное снижение качества жизни. В статье приводится подробная история пациента, у которого остро возникла диарея и развились типичные проявления функциональных нарушений в системе ЖКТ. Терапия антидепрессантом из группы СИОЗСН дулоксетином позволила купировать симптомы ЖКТ и значительно улучшить качество жизни.

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is the most common functional gastrointestinal disorder. According to the Rome IV criteria, IBS is defined as a condition characterized by abdominal pain associated with defecation and changes in stool form and frequency. The onset of the disease is typically acute and associated with stressful events, and subsequently leads to a significant decline in quality of life. This article provides a detailed case report of a patient who developed acute diarrhea and typical manifestations of functional gastrointestinal disorders. Treatment with the SSNRI antidepressant Duloxetine relieved the gastrointestinal symptoms and significantly improved quality of life.
