Оценить ассоциацию между выполнением костнопластических вмешательств в зоне имплантации и частотой ранних биологических потерь дентальных имплантатов (окно 1,5–3 месяца) по данным электронной клинической системы IDENT за 2018–2025 гг.</p></sec><sec><title>   Материалы и методы</title><p>   Материалы и методы. Ретроспективное когортное исследование: 8203 пациента, 24 975 имплантатов. Экспозиция – наличие костной пластики (любой вид) при установке имплантата; конечная точка – ранняя биологическая потеря имплантата в интервале 1,5–3 месяца. В анализ включены все 574 события ранней потери. Сравнение частот выполнено по 2×2-таблицам с расчетом RR и OR (95 % ДИ) и χ²-тестом.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Ранняя потеря при костной пластике составила 1,15 % (97/8435) против 2,88 % (477/16540) без костной пластики: RR = 0,40 (95 % ДИ 0,32–0,50), OR = 0,39 (95 % ДИ 0,31–0,49), p &lt; 0,001. Абсолютное снижение риска – 1,73 п. п., NNT ≈ 58.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Костнопластические вмешательства ассоциированы с меньшей частотой ранних биологических потерь имплантатов. Причинно-следственная интерпретация ограничена ретроспективным дизайном, неполнотой ковариат; стандартные ошибки оценивали с поправкой на кластеризацию по пациенту.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Objective</title><p>   Objective. To assess the association between bone grafting procedures in the implant site and the incidence of early biological loss of dental implants (1.5–3 month window) based on data from the electronic clinical system IDENT for 2018–2025.</p></sec><sec><title>   Materials and мethods</title><p>   Materials and мethods. Retrospective cohort study: 8203 patients, 24,975 implants. Exposure – presence of bone grafting (any type) at the time of implant placement; outcome – early biological implant loss within the interval of 1.5–3 months. All 574 events of early loss were included in the analysis. Frequencies were compared using 2×2 tables with calculation of RR and OR (95 % CI) and the χ² test.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. Early loss with bone grafting was 1.15 % (97/8435) versus 2.88 % (477/16540) without bone grafting: RR = 0.40 (95 % CI 0.32–0.50), OR = 00.39 (95 % CI 0.31–0.49), p &lt; 0.001. Absolute risk reduction – 1.73 p. p., NNT ≈ 58.</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusion</title><p>   Conclusion. Bone grafting procedures are associated with a lower incidence of early biological implant loss.
