В исследование были включены 20 пациентов с диагнозом «хронический периодонтит» (МКБ-10: K04.5), которым выполняли удаление зуба с последующей аугментацией лунки остеопластическим материалом «Гистографт». Через 6 месяцев у всех пациентов на втором этапе дентальной имплантации производили забор фрагмента костных биоптатов для последующего морфологического исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Установлено, что ген-активированный остеопластический материал «Гистографт» хорошо интегрируется в костную ткань и способствует формированию костного регенерата. В 1-й группе (с применением материала) доля новообразованной костной ткани составила около 65 %, тогда как во 2-й группе (заживление под сгустком) – около 50 %.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Применение материала «Гистографт» при аугментации лунки после удаления зуба обеспечивает формирование костной ткани, необходимой для последующей дентальной имплантации.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The aim of the study was to characterize the structure of newly formed bone tissue after implantation of the gene-activated osteoplastic material «Histograft».</p><sec><title>   Materials and methods</title><p>   Materials and methods. The study included 20 patients diagnosed with chronic periodontitis (ICD-10: K04.5) who underwent tooth extraction with Subsequent socket augmentation with the osteoplastic material «Histograft.» Six months later, a bone fragment was collected from all patients during the second stage of dental implantation for subsequent morphological examination.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. It was established that the gene-activated osteoplastic material «Histograft» integrates well into bone tissue and promotes the formation of pronounced bone regeneration.
