Несмотря на множество научных исследований, различных подходов ведения пациентов, наличие современных препаратов, все еще остается ряд проблем и задач, которые стоят перед медицинским сообществом, включая вопросы стратификации категорий пациентов, представляющих сложности в их ведения. В статье представлены результаты консенсуса российских экспертов по формированию определений «Сложный для ведения» и «Трудный для лечения» пациент при псориазе и ведению этих больных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Psoriasis has a significant negative impact on patients’ quality of life, including social stigma, and is associated with various comorbidities, including psychosocial problems. Despite numerous scientific studies, various patient management approaches, and the availability of modern medications, a number of problems and challenges remain for the medical community, including the stratification of patient categories that present challenges.
