Задачей нашего исследования было осуществить сравнительный анализ изменений микроциркуляции и скорости восстановления тканей, в том числе снижения отечности и нормализации трофики, в послеоперационном периоде после эндоскопического лифтинга бровей с использованием стандартной реабилитации, микротоковой терапии, неодимового лазера и их комбинации, используя данные УЗИ, капилляроскопии и термографии. Получены результаты, что применение физиотерапевтических методов в раннем реабилитационном периоде в большей степени способствует купированию отека, воспаления, улучшению показателей гемодинамики в более ранние сроки, при этом комбинированное применение неодимового лазера и микротоковой терапии обладает преимуществом перед моновоздействиями данными физическими факторами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In recent decades, the issues of rehabilitation of patients after plastic surgery, in particular after endoscopic lifting, have become particularly important due to the increasing demand for anti‑aging procedures. The objective of our study was to carry out a comparative analysis of changes in microcirculation and the rate of tissue repair, including reduction of swelling and normalization of trophism, in the postoperative period after endoscopic eyebrow lifting using standard rehabilitation, microcurrent therapy, neodymium laser and their combination using ultrasound, capillaroscopy and thermography data.
