Показан алгоритм обследования молочных желез согласно существующим нормативным документам и открывающимся новым возможностям в выявлении двух главных социальных заболеваний женщин – рака молочной железы и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний по кальцинозу стенок артерий на маммограммах, а также подчеркнута роль раннего выявления доброкачественных дисплазий молочной железы с целью профилактики рака за счет своевременного адекватного патогенетического лечения. Возможность решения нескольких задач по выявлению главных социальных заболеваний женщин при маммоскрининге повышает его рентабельность за счет исключения дополнительных затрат на помещения, оборудование, кадры, маршрутизацию пациенток.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>New applications of X-ray mammography in dispensary examinations, extending beyond traditional oncological screening, are presented. The established regulatory algorithm for breast examination is outlined, along with emerging opportunities to detect two major health issues in women– breast cancer and cardiovascular disease – through the identification of arterial wall calcifications on mammograms. The importance of early recognition of benign breast dysplasia is also emphasized, as timely pathogenetic treatment can reduce the risk of malignant transformation.
