Современные достижения в области дерматологии и эндокринологии позволяют разрабатывать новые, более эффективные и безопасные методы лечения, основанные на молекулярном и клиническом анализе каждого пациента. Персонализированный подход, интеграция данных о гормональном статусе, липидном профиле и микробиоте открывают перспективы для индивидуализации терапии, повышения ее результативности и улучшения прогноза заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes the main etiopathogenetic factors of acne development, including hormonal mechanisms. Modern advances in dermatology and endocrinology make it possible to develop new, more effective and safer treatment methods based on the molecular and clinical analysis of each patient.
