У 20% пострадавших развивается инвалидизация из-за нейрогенных расстройств тазовых органов (мочеиспускания, дефекации). В исследовании проведена оценка эффективности многоуровневой магнитной стимуляции (ММС), представляющей собой комбинацию периферической, спинальной и транскраниальной методик ритмической магнитной стимуляции у пациентов с ПСТ и дисфункцией тазовых органов нейрогенного генеза. Обследованы 30 пациентов с ПСТ. Пациенты контрольной группы (n=15) получали стандартную терапию, пациентам основной группы (n=15) дополнительно проводилась ММС. В результате проведенного исследования установлено, что ММС показала максимальную эффективность при травмах грудного отдела спинного мозга – наблюдалось улучшение процесса отведения мочи (p=0,024), восстановление функции наполнения мочевого пузыря (p=0,020), повышение компенсации мочеиспускания по шкале О. А. Перльмуттер (p=0,038). В контрольной группе пациентов достоверной положительной динамики по исследуемым параметрам не наблюдалось. Полученные результаты исследования свидетельствуют о том, что ММС – перспективный метод реабилитации нейрогенной тазовой дисфункции у пациентов с ПСТ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Each year, 35–40 million cases of spinal cord injury (SCI) are registered worldwide. Among these, 80–100% of patients become disabled or die. In 20% of cases, disability results from neurogenic pelvic organ dysfunction (urination and defecation disorders). This study assessed the effectiveness of multilevel magnetic stimulation (MMS), which combines peripheral, spinal, and transcranial rhythmic magnetic stimulation techniques, in patients with SCI and neurogenic pelvic dysfunction. A total of 30 patients with traumatic SCI were examined. The control group (n=15) received standard therapy, while the experimental group (n=15) additionally underwent MMS. The results showed that MMS was most effective in patients with thoracic spinal cord injuries, demonstrating significant improvements in urinary outflow (p=0.024), bladder filling function (p=0.020), and compensation of urination according to the O. A. Perlmuter’s scale (p=0.038). No statistically significant improvement was observed in the control group.
