В статье обобщены сведения об этиологических факторах, особенностях патогенеза и специфических клинических проявлениях острых нарушений церебрального кровообращения, зависящих от пола. Отражена информация о тяжести течения инсульта у мужчин и женщин, реакции на проводимую терапию, эффективности реабилитационных мероприятий и исхода заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The gender direction is one of the priorities in modern medicine. The article summarizes the data on etiological factors, peculiarities of pathogenesis and specific clinical manifestations of acute cerebral circulation disorders, which depend on sex.
