<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aging is an inevitable process that includes an imbalance between antioxidant defenses and reactive oxygen species, changes in protein and mitochondrial turnover, telomere shortening, cellular senescence, epigenetic changes, and stem cell exhaustion. The results of numerous studies indicate the existence of a complex biomolecular mechanism associated with age-related vascular dysfunction, which leads to oxidative stress, vascular remodeling, and endothelial dysfunction.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эндотелий</kwd><kwd>дисфункция</kwd><kwd>антиоксиданты</kwd><kwd>полифенолы</kwd><kwd>флавоноиды</kwd><kwd>витамины</kwd><kwd>минералы</kwd><kwd>аминокислоты</kwd><kwd>резвератрол</kwd><kwd>куркумин</kwd><kwd>таурин</kwd><kwd>полиненасыщенные омега 3 жирные кислоты</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>endothelium</kwd><kwd>dysfunction</kwd><kwd>antioxidants</kwd><kwd>polyphenols</kwd><kwd>flavonoids</kwd><kwd>vitamins</kwd><kwd>minerals</kwd><kwd>amino acids</kwd><kwd>resveratrol</kwd><kwd>curcumin</kwd><kwd>taurine</kwd><kwd>polyunsaturated omega‑3 fatty acids</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Публикация выполнена при поддержке Программы стратегического академического лидерства РУДН.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The publication was supported by the RUDN University Strategic Academic Leadership Program.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Matz RL, Schott C, Stoclet JC, Andriantsitohaina R.
