В то время как обнаружение микрометастазов с помощью методов ультрастадирования коррелирует с прогнозом при ряде ЗНО и является частью стандартного лечения пациентов с гематологическими злокачественными новообразованиями, в случае рака шейки матки и рака эндометрия остаются противоречия. В случаях таких нозологий, как рак матки, рак молочной железы и рак толстой кишки, это остается предметом дискуссий. Целью данного обзора является значимость ультрастадирования сторожевого лимфатического узла (СЛУ) при оценке выбора тактики лечения и снижении риска локорегионального рецидива.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The condition of the lymph nodes is a mandatory prognostic sign and criterion for adjuvant therapy for malignant neoplasms (MN). While micrometastases have been found to correlate with prognosis in a number of cancers using ultrastaging techniques and are part of the standard treatment for patients with hematologic malignancies, controversy remains in the case of cervical cancer and endometrium cancer.
