Представить анализ обновленных национальных клинических рекомендаций «Гонартроз (ГА) 2024» с акцентом на немедикаментозные методы лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Высоким уровнем убедительности рекомендаций и достоверности доказательств эффективности немедикаментозной терапии ГА обладают: модификация спортивных/физических нагрузок и разгрузка пораженного сустава, применение методов лечебной физкультуры, аэробных упражнений, коррекция веса, методы ортезирования коленного сустава, физиотерапевтические воздействия, мануальные методы терапии и санаторно-курортное лечение. Новыми в рекомендациях оказались достоверность эффективности ударно-волновой терапии и отсутствие таковой у акупунктуры в лечении ГА.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. В настоящее время эффективность немедикаментозных методов лечения ГА имеет высокую доказательную базу. Их применение осуществляется в случае соблюдения этапности лечения и рациональной комбинацией с медикаментозной терапией. Важным преимуществом немедикаментозных методов лечения ГА является их способность к снижению потребности в анальгетических средствах, которые могут вызывать опасные осложнения у пациентов с ГА и коморбидными состояниями.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To present an analysis of the updated national clinical guidelines «Gonarthrosis (GA) 2024» with an emphasis on non-drug treatment methods.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The following have a high level of persuasiveness of recommendations and reliability of evidence for the effectiveness of non-drug therapy for GA: modification of sports/physical loads and unloading of the affected joint, application of methods of therapeutic physical training, aerobic exercises, weight correction, methods of knee joint orthosis, physiotherapeutic effects and manual therapy. New in the recommendations was the reliability of the effectiveness of shock wave therapy and the lack of such in acupuncture in the treatment of GA.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Currently, the effectiveness of non-drug treatments for GA has a high evidence base combination with drug therapy.
