<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A feature of post-covid syndrome (PCS) as a nosological unit is a wide range of clinical manifestations, which significantly complicates its diagnosis and makes diagnosis possible only after excluding other potential causes. The article discusses symptoms that occur both in PCS and in rheumatic diseases. The authors emphasize the similarities and differences in clinical manifestations in both cases, as well as the methods of diagnosis and monitoring that are found in the literature. The need for a thorough examination of patients with newly occurring symptoms for the timely detection of rheumatic disease is emphasized.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>постковидный синдром</kwd><kwd>артрит</kwd><kwd>системные заболевания соединительной ткани</kwd><kwd>одышка</kwd><kwd>сыпь</kwd><kwd>перикардит</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>post-covid syndrome</kwd><kwd>arthritis</kwd><kwd>systemic connective tissue diseases</kwd><kwd>shortness of breath</kwd><kwd>rash</kwd><kwd>pericarditis</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Статья подготовлена в рамках научно-исследовательской работы ФГБНУ «Научно-исследовательский институт ревматологии им.
