Формулирование и экспликация принципов высокочастотного мультипараметрического ультразвукового исследования дермального слоя кожи. Описание алгоритма ультразвукового исследования дермального слоя кожи высокочастотными ультразвуковыми датчикам.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. По результатам проведенного исследования получены данные о строении дермального слоя кожи 36 пациентов, с применением ультразвуковых датчиков разных производителей с высокой частотой сканирования 18,0–24,0 МГц; LA435/SL3116 (Esaote), i18LX5/i24LX8 (Canon).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По итогам представленного исследования была проведена оценка возможностей высокочастотных ультразвуковых датчиков для исследования толщины и строения дермального слоя кожи. Описан алгоритм мультипараметрического ультразвукового исследования дермального слоя кожи.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. С помощью данных, полученных при проведении данного исследования, сформированы принципы мультипараметрического ультразвукового исследования дермального слоя кожи, позволяющие наиболее эффективно использовать высокочастотный подход для дифференцировки и оценки исследуемых структур.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. Formulation and explication of the principles of high-frequency multiparametric ultrasound examination of the dermal skin layer. Description of the algorithm for ultrasound examination of the dermal skin layer using high-frequency ultrasound probes.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. Data on the structure of the dermal skin layer were obtained from 36 patients using high-frequency ultrasound probes (18.0–24.0 MHz) from different manufacturers: LA435/SL3116 (Esaote) and i18LX5/i24LX8 (Canon).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study evaluated the capabilities of high-frequency ultrasound probes for assessing the thickness and structure of the dermal skin layer. An algorithm for multiparametric ultrasound examination of the dermal skin layer was described.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The principles of multiparametric ultrasound examination of the dermal skin layer were established based on the study findings.
