Представленный обзор систематизирует современные данные о патогенезе заболевания и эффективности системной терапии JAK-ингибиторами в педиатрической практике. Особое внимание уделено селективным препаратам и их безопасности у детей с тяжёлыми формами гнездной алопеции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Alopecia areata is an autoimmune inflammatory disease characterized by non-scarring hair loss. This review summarizes current data on disease pathogenesis and systemic JAK inhibitor therapy in pediatric patients.
