Целью исследования является сокращение сроков реабилитации пациентов после операции цистотомии, с использованием мультиспиральной компьютерной томографии (МСКТ) и современных 3D технологий. На основе МСКТ моделируется и изготавливается 3D модель фрагмента челюсти с кистой, затем снимаются слепки с изготовленной модели, далее в зуботехнической лаборатории отливается обтуратор, который устанавливается пациенту на 7 день после операции. Данная методика позволяет сократить количество визитов пациента, ускорить время реабилитации на 3 недели.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a method for improving cystotomy surgery. The objective of the study is to reduce the recovery time of patients after cystotomy using multispiral computed tomography (MS CT), lithography modeling and 3D modeling. Using MS CT, a lithography-based model is designed and manufactured, then impressions are taken from the manufactured model, then, in the dental laboratory, an obturator is modeled, and then, on day 7 after the surgery, the obturator is fixed in the patient’s mouth.
