На сегодняшний день установлено, что факторами риска развития стоматологических заболеваний является ряд общих и местных этиологических факторов, одним из которых является дисплазия ткани (ДТС), основу которых составляет наследственная коллагенопатия, особенно в детском возрасте. На сегодняшний день установлено, что на развитие ДСТ оказывают влияние агрессивные факторы внешней и внутренней среды, которые воздействуют на онтогенез и проявляется характерными внешними фенотипическими признаками ДСТ. В последние годы появились исследования, указывающие на то, что состояние зубочелюстной системы рассматривается в качестве индикатора соматического здоровья. В исследованиях убедительно показано, что изменения, возникающие в состоянии стоматологического статуса детей, имеющих различные отклонения здоровья, являются отражением происходящих в организме нарушений. Такая точка зрения отвечает представлениям о единстве структуры и функции систем организма человека. Морфологической основой единства характеристик стоматологического и соматического здоровья является общность происхождения кожи, ее производных, опорно-двигательного аппарата, лицевой части черепа, клапанов сердца, сосудов.
To date, it has been established that risk factors for the development of dental diseases are a number of general and local etiologic factors, one of which is tissue dysplasia (TD), the basis of which is hereditary collagenopathy, especially in childhood. To date, it has been established that the development of TD is influenced by aggressive factors of the external and internal environment, which affect ontogenesis and manifest themselves in characteristic external phenotypic signs of TD. In recent years, studies have appeared indicating that the state of the dental system is considered as an indicator of somatic health. The studies convincingly show that changes in the dental status of children with various health deviations are a reflection of the disorders occurring in the body. This point of view corresponds to the ideas about the unity of the structure and function of the human body systems. The morphological basis for the unity of the characteristics of dental and somatic health is the common origin of the skin, its derivatives, musculoskeletal system, facial part of the skull, heart valves, and blood vessels.
