Проявление побочного действия радиойодтерапии на слюнные железы приводит к структурно-функциональным изменениям здоровых органов.</p><sec><title>Актуальность</title><p>Актуальность. Наличие стойких симптомов и проявлений сиалоаденитов, подчеркивает необходимость поиска мер профилактики радио-индуцированных сиалоаденитов. Совокупность имеющегося в анамнезе онкологического заболевания щитовидной железы и сопутствующих осложнений заболеваний слюнных желез, требует динамического наблюдения и определения уровня качества жизни, данной группы пациентов после РЙТ.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В результате обследования 70 пациентов в разные сроки после радиойодтерпии, при клинико-рентгенологическом исследовании выявлены и описаны в данной статье различные сочетания повреждений одной или нескольких слюнных желез. По данным социологического опроса и лабораторной диагностики тиреоидных гормонов, проводилась оценка уровня качества жизни данных пациентов. Статистическая обработка полученных результатов.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлено, что развитие постлучевых сиалоаденитов в ранние и отсроченные сроки после радиойодтерапии, характеризуется разнообразием клинических и структурных проявлений. Наличие онкологического заболевания ЩЖ и выраженных радио-индуцированных проявлений со стороны слюнных желез, в значительной степени влияют на качество жизни пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Прогрессирование заболевания слюнных желез, не зависит от введенной суммарной лечебной дозы натрия йодида, пола, возраста. Нежелательные последствия радиойодтерапии терапии на слюнные железы на фоне заболевания щитовидной железы, негативно влияют на качество жизни.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Radioiodine therapy is performed for highly differentiated papillary and follicular prostate cancer. The manifestation of the side effect of radioiodine therapy on the salivary glands leads to structural and functional changes in healthy organs.</p><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. The presence of persistent symptoms and manifestations of sialoadenitis underscores the need to ﬁnd preventive measures for radio-induced sialoadenitis. The combination of a history of thyroid cancer and concomitant complications of salivary gland diseases requires dynamic monitoring and determination of the quality of life of this group of patients after RT.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. As a result of the examination of 70 patients at different times after radiation therapy, various combinations of damage to one or more salivary glands were identiﬁed and described in this article during clinical and X-ray examination. According to the sociological survey and laboratory diagnosis of thyroid hormones, the assessment of the quality of life of these patients was carried out. Statistical processing of the obtained results.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It was revealed that the development of post-radiation sialoadenitis in the early and delayed periods after radioiodine therapy is characterized by a variety of clinical and structural manifestations. The presence of thyroid cancer and pronounced radio-induced manifestations from the salivary glands signiﬁcantly affect the quality of life of patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The progression of salivary gland disease does not depend on the administered total therapeutic dose of sodium iodide, gender, age.
